As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Dr. RC Chang heads Acer’s Value Lab and oversees the Company’s research & development. With his strong research and engineering background, Dr. Chang joined Acer in 2003 as CTO to drive and energize the company’s technological innovation.
Dr. Chang has a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan, where he has also served as a professor of Computer Science.
