Questions that Address Key Aspects of Employee Engagement

Regarding the employee engagement survey, we have developed a comprehensive set of questions that address key aspects such as Job Satisfaction, Purpose, Happiness, and Stress. Each of these aspects is crucial for understanding and enhancing employee engagement within our organization. Below are the details of how these aspects are covered in our survey:

  • Job Satisfaction
Our survey Question 1 specifically addresses Job Satisfaction by asking employees about their overall satisfaction with the company and their work. This question aims to explore whether the basic needs of the job are being met.
  • Purpose
In our survey, Question 9 is designed to understand employees' sense of Purpose. This question asks whether employees feel that their work aligns with the company's direction and mission. The goal is to assess whether employees feel a sense of belonging and connection to the broader objectives of the company. A strong alignment with the company's purpose can significantly enhance motivation and engagement.
  •  Happiness
Happiness is a critical component of employee engagement, and we address it through multiple questions in our survey. Question 5 asks if employees often receive recognition and encouragement for their work. Additionally, Question 8 inquires if employees feel that their suggestions and ideas are valued and acknowledged. We believe that when employees frequently receive positive reinforcement and feel that their contributions are appreciated, it fosters a happy and confident work environment. This positive reinforcement can lead to increased job satisfaction and overall happiness.
  • Stress
To address Stress, we included Question 15 in our survey, which asks employees if they are able to achieve a proper balance between self, family and work. This question aims to understand whether work-related stress is impacting their mood and overall quality of life. By identifying stress levels and their sources (in open questions), we can implement strategies to help employees manage stress more effectively, thereby promoting a healthier balance and a more positive work environment.

Each of these questions is designed to gather actionable insights that can help us improve employee engagement and create a supportive and fulfilling workplace. We are committed to using this feedback to make informed decisions that benefit both our employees and the organization as a whole.
